No. Our classes are open to all levels. Each practice is guided with care, offering options so you can move in a way that feels supportive for your body.

Just yourself and comfortable clothing. Mats and props are available at the studio, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Classes can be booked through our subscription or you can book single classes. Next to that we are findable via Classpass or Urban Sports Club. Simply choose a class that feels right for you and reserve your spot.
